what's is happened yesterday

What is happened yesterday, are italians all crazy, in this last few mounth i see the violence and intollerance increased , rom case for example , against the chinese, against islam , well i just little scared tha actually no one is able to managed this situation , and everyone are allowed to create a personal law, becouse low are not respected???
